Question Duluth, GA

Dh's job is considering relocating our family to Duluth. I have a few questions about the area. What is the average crime rate? Also, we homeschool our two oldest son's. Does anyone know what is offered for homeschoolers there? My youngest son has disabilities and attends a preschool for children with disabilities. Can someone let me know what may be available for him? Thanks!

Here is crime rate.

Anyway, Duluth divided into commerical part and residential part. Commerical part included Gwinnett place mall area and small downtown area. Residential part included sugarloaf country club and area around peachtree Ridge industrial.

It has increasing large Koreans population (around 20%). They have a lot of malls and shops near Gwinnett place mall. Duluth high has one of highest Asians student population in the state (around 25%). Believe or not, they has helped the school increasing their SAT score from 1029 to 1081 now for the past ten years.

As for home school, there are a lot of opportunties. I read an article on ajc that gwinnett home school has web site and they meet regularly at Discovery Mill Mall (next to duluth)
