Hey all,

looking for an area with a similar landscape/vibe as German Village.

Before people start posting, I will say German Village is an urban area but it's not trendy and overflowing with 20 something y/o yuppies. Most people that live in GV are home owners and are more established professionals.

The following areas are the closest I can think of. Most, I'm afraid, would be considered trendy...but they do have that 'villagey' feel.

Virginia-Highland
Little Five Points
Decatur
Marietta Square

Admittedly, German Village is a tough act to follow. It has an effortless charm that's hard to find in American cities.

Great choice of words.
