Bizchick, I wanted to respond to your post. Are you sure about EAV? I like that area but all I have heard this summer is the random shootings that have increased - a couple of high profile murders. The police have increased their presence, but is it better than Edgewood/Kirkwood? I can't look at the West End - too far for my current commute and perhaps future commute into other CDC campuses.
