Default Do houses in the Warner Robins area have basements?

Hello,

Possibly relocating to the area and would like to know if the houses there have basements? Been looking online but don't see any.

Can anyone provide insight?

Thanks!

Not sure about that area specifically but some houses do and some don't. Many have just small crawl spaces, we pruchased a home with a basement and are very glad we did!

I'm not absolutely sure but... Although basements are predicated by topo here in the south; like weather in the north- I'm sure there are some houses in the W/R area that have basements. Probably not as predominate as in the northern 1/3 of the state. The middle 1/3 (W/R area) of the state is more plateu.
Try contacting a local R/E agent for more info.

This might be a better question to ask in the GA forum. Warner Robins is pretty far from Atlanta.

There are basements all over Georgia with few exceptions such as sea level and houses built upon the underground rock of the Piedmont (places like Stone Mountain, Lithia Springs and others have lots of this under them).
