710 Peachtree or Darlington?
I am in need to relocate to the midtown area and money is going to be an issue for a while. I really dont need much, just a small studio with a kitchen is fine for the time being. Ive been researching almost every location throughout midtown and really 710 Peachtree or Darlington at Buckhead seem to be the only two apt. complexes in my price range. I know that neither or these seem to be get very popular reviews, but i also know not to completely rely on those online ratings sites. Does anyone have an opinion as to which is the better of the two? I would also be open to other suggestions, but again my budget doesnt really allow me to go much higher then say 700 a month for rent in a halfway decent area. I would also love the idea to be able to have a definite parking area too. I know between these two apts that 710 has a parking area with limited parking that is not available most of the time, and that Darlington has supposedly "ample free parking."
