One thing I noticed having a baby with my wife this year is Atlanta doesn't have an official birth center like most big cities. Maybe a few hospitals can work together on this for the Turner Field area or another Atlantic Station might be finally possible.

There are not a lot of good uses for a stadium without a team. Tear it down and turn the area into an Atlantic Station type development.

Mixed use development with access to a new streetcar line from the Mmpt to Grant Park. Some park space that incorporates the Hank Aaron marker is a given.

Here's my vote and it might sound crazy but I think a theme park from either Disney or Cedar Fair (Cedar Point, Knotts Berry Farm) would be cool. Those parking lots take up a TON of space and it could be a big theme park. I know we have Six Flags already but this could be something for more of a regional / national draw.

I really hope the city of Atlanta starts planning immediately. This move is going to really hurt that neighborhood.

How about more mixed-income housing (mostly single-family houses with real yards) with walking access to markets, shops, services and parks while adding high-quality access to transit and trails. . .

Oh, wait. This IS Atlanta after all. . .
