I'm sorry, if you think a Republican Governor has enough pull to de-regulate an entire industry on their own, you're out of your depth. Governors don't generally wield Executive Orders to get their way like the President does. That was the work of Democrats, chief. It's all public record by the way if you'd care to be more than an armchair critic.

Personally, anyone that is complaining clearly didn't live in Atlanta in the 90's. It's like night and day since then. Is the status quo perfect? Not yet, but we're moving forward.
