True.

I know space is tight, but at least mark it.

I haven't been through that intersection for several months but twice lived near it & traveled through it a thousand times. Has it been modified recently? Or is your problem with it of a longstanding nature? "Mark it" as in what terms?

I think that by "mark it", ATLTJL is referring to the lack of adequate advance signage when approaching the turn-off to DeKalb Avenue from either direction on Moreland Avenue where the only advance notice that the turn-off for DeKalb Avenue is coming is a very-small green sign that says "To DeKalb Avenue" just a few-dozen feet before the turn-off.

That certainly is a valid point, but what I find specifically obnoxious is when you are on Dekalb Ave turning onto Moreland, both ramps go the same direction but there is no clear signage to indicate which ramp is northbound and which is south.

It is a confusing intersection. I have a poor sense of direction these days and can easily get turned around even though I've been through there many times.

The way I see it... Moreland Ave is locals only. Tourist just have to go to Decatur. The intersection was designed to ensure the status quo

That's true. No tourists go to Little Five Points. It's locals only.

GDOT dropped the ball on this intersection. It needs to be re-stripped, re-signed, and upgraded to modern standards.
