It's a fantastic news!

Once the weather warms up, I hope more development, more jobs for construction, and more buyers I hope. 3.x% is an amazing over few months! This is a great news for a lot of homeowners.

I believe it. The supply of homes in Smyrna is extremely low and sales have almost reached their peak levels.

My hope for Smyrna is that the older neighborhoods continue to be upgraded to fill the void
