Any one who has been involved in hiring or looking for a job or knows of people who have knows the job market has improved drastically, especially for professionals. Qualified candidates are harder to come by now and it takes longer to fill openings.

Actually the other day I heard the baby boomer retirement wave & it's impact on the labor force particupation rate discussed & promoted as a fact/issue by analysts from a large Wall Street institution.
I can't at this moment recall the name of the financial institution but it's one that is certainly not known to be a haven for liberal thought.
