Hey y'all, I'm having a hard time finding what I'm looking for online-- my boyfriend wants to go back to school to be a dental hygienist... Does anyone know of an ADA accredited school in the metro area with this sort of program? West central has a program but they don't seem to be very flexible with someone working too so I wanted to look at other schools.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, hope y'all are recovering from this wretched week

Georgia Perimeter College-Dunwoody and Clayton State both have a program. GPCs is significantly cheaper than Clayton States, neither lend themselves easily to working (at least not during the day). I know a person who went through the GPC program a few years ago. They had classmates that worked nights and weekends, but they could only do so part time. The program is basically 9 to 5 every day for two years.

Hygienists don't go to dental school, they go through technical programs. The only dental school in Georgia is at GRU, but like waron said, there are lots of technical college programs with DH programs.

Good luck!
