I might as well jump in here, too. Just say 'NO' to that trip except for the occasional golf outing. It's just too dang far to call a commute,,,more like a trip. You will deal with 15 miles of I-285 plus that many miles of I-20 going to Conyers...probably 20+ miles of I-285 plus mileage on I-75 south to Stockbridge(possible by-pass on 675). You will wonder where all the people are going. You will not necessarily be going with or against traffic...there's plenty in both directions!

To Conyers? A breeze...Its about 35 miles or say one way but you will be driving against traffic so it will be pretty easy....I-20 will be clear...285, I think it is heavy on the topside but once you get pass Northlake Mall....vroooooooooooom!

Stockbridge? It will be rough on a downtown connector for a bit but it shouldn't be too bad, once you get out of downtown...

Well i make the trip pretty regular to Stockbridge. I get off at 4pm (well supposed to) and when i do get off. I coming from Alpharetta, 400 is usually ok at that time..maybe a small slow down where you get on 285, only because everyone wants to go WEST and drive down in the left hand lanes then jump over to the right lane.........once on 285E i usually don't hit a slow down until 141 or Brandsmart where 85 is...as the above poster mentioned after Northlake it's usually a speed limit ride and 675 is usually fine as well. I get off on exit 2 because 1 sometimes is backed up.

If you leave after lets say 5pm or so...disregard all of what I said
