Hi there, my parents are in their 60's, they are low income, but they cannot get medicaid in GA since they are not 65 years old yet.
Are there other government assistant medical program they can get?
I have no idea about where to apply or call for information. Anyone could help us?

thank you!!!

Georgia did not join in the Medicaid Expansion that was part of the ACA.

You can go to the federal healthcare.gov website and see what you would get. You can still sign up if you have had a "Life changing event" (Losing your Calf Ins would probably be one).

https://www.peachcare.org/ is available for Uninsured low income kids, but I've never looked into it.

Has either of your parents ever been in the military? If so check with the VA.
