Moores Mill rd, W Wesley rd in Atlanta/Buckhead. Wow the look of that neighborhood is stunning with the beautiful nature, abundant trees, and flowerful yards, the trees almost create a dome over some parts all in the middle of the city. Just wow, this is what I love about Atlanta, I would love to live over there some day, but I know the homes are probably 1m plus.

Next time take 285 and get off at either Riverside Dr or Powers Ferry Rd on 285 and navigate to Buckhead through those roads to Buckhead if you want to see something beautiful. Try it during the day after it rains for another level of beauty

i used to pass a street like that in SF, its called rudden. i would walk by it each day. in my mind i said everybody on rudden is happy, no one ever has problems, runs a perfect house, yard and family and flawless in their job. nobody there ever has crisis or drama. of course i never walked down rudden bek i did not want to pop my bubble.

The really crazy thing is less than two miles away is a sketchy part of town. Moore's mill runs to the treatment plant and those beautiful houses turn into Marietta Blvd. There is a liquor store there where you can see people doing drugs in plain sight and I saw the guy in front of me mix his drink the second he got into his car before driving off. Guessing cops just sit at the start of the neighborhood.

There are some affordable non-renovated SFHs but yeah a lot are huge mansions.

I did field audits for the AJC for a little over 3 years when I lived in Atlanta that took me through hundreds if not thousands of neighborhoods from up by Lake Lanier down to Newnan. The most beautiful neighborhood I saw while doing that job was Bay Shore Dr right next to Lake Spivey in Jonesboro of all places. REALLY beautiful area. West Buckhead was up there too in the beauty dept but those houses usually cost in the neighborhood of 10M.

Yes that's it! Sorry, it's Bay VIEW Dr. Not Shore.

Street View doesn't really do it justice. Driving through there, you can see the lake behind the houses and each house has a private boat dock. It's really impressive.

Agreed. Live in this area. If you take W.Wesley away from Moore's Mill, past the back gates of Westminster until you get to Rivermeade Ln, from there it becomes increasingly beautiful. It gets very windy and forested until it dead ends at Ridgewood Rd. My favorite quick drive in the entire city.
