The tenant list is growing over at the Old Fourth Ward’s catalytic Ponce City Market to include two more dining options: Chai Pani and Juicebox, according to a report in The Atlanta Business Chronicle. Chai Pani, an Indian street food restaurant from husband and wife Meherwan and Molly Irani, plans to open its second Atlanta location in Ponce City Market. Its first, which took over the former Watershed space in Decatur, celebrated its one year anniversary this week. The concept first launched in 2009 in Asheville, N.C. The reporter also suggests that " Jamestown has also landed a first-to-market restaurant for its rooftop, where people can delight in panoramic views of downtown, Midtown and Buckhead."

Don't forget about Riverview Landing. $350 Million

From Riverview Landing Annexation, Re-Zoning Approved - Government - Smyrna-Vinings, GA Patch and linked-to article, paraphrased:

An 82-acre mixed-use development along the river, in recently-annexed land by Smyrna.

The site, which will be called Riverview Landing, is currently slated to create 155 single-family residences, 332 townhomes, 165 condominium flats, 200 residential senior housing units, and 850 apartments.

In addition to the residential aspect, developers Jamestown L.P. anticipate construction of 190,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, including retail space, restaurants, and office and self-storage facilities.

Riverview looks nice and I know Jamestown will build a great product but I believe this thread is focused on mixed-use projects.
