Yes cq!
And it's time for the state of Georgia to either partially finance MARTA or else butt out of trying to micromanage MARTA! I'm sick of the legislature micro-managing every aspect of our lives (including MARTA) that they can get their grimy tentacles into! It's time for a big time housecleaning under the golden dome!
And the new MARTA chairman seems to be completely on the right track, pun intended, thus far.
The turnaround of MARTA under his leadership was in the news again this a.m.

Plus the cost of the breeze card for the one time users they are hoping to attract such as tourists and others visiting downtown.

Oh my 1 dollar is so much. Guess what, every other transit system makes users buy a card. I still have my MetroCard.

You guys don't think people will able to pay as they board the streetcar? Its just like a bus, so why do they have to have a breeze card?

Or 24 hours. That can wait though until the network is more built out though.

No, it will be more like BRT and have off board payment.

It would be good for the tourist. They can take the streetcar to the ferris wheel/etc and then head over to Edgewood to party

Really, until the early 2000s MARTA was actually functioning quite well. Oh yeah, you conveniently omitted how the General Assembly loves to play saboteur to the transit authority with the 50-50 split for funds to constantly blocking any expansion...
