I'm glad to see this finally happening. There are only a handful of buildings I can think of (Sloppy Floyd, Resurgens, ATT) that are built on top of train stations and incorporate them into the design.

Peachtree Center and Georgia State.
I can see Vine City station being a good location for air rights.

How about something for Garnett? Even something low-rise would be a step in the right direction. I haven't even seen Garnett on the list of possible TODs for some reason. Somebody please feel free to correct me if you know something I missed.

From that link: "MARTA does not own any excess land associated with this station. Therefore, TOD opportunities
by way of Joint Development are not possible at this station. However, MARTA encourages transit
friendly development around the station on privately held land."

^This I did not know. I figured they at least owned one of those parking lots.

That page offers station profiles of all stations. From there one can see if TOD is possible. One huge surprise is Inman Park/Reynoldstown station. The large north lot is owned by GDOT and leased to MARTA.

That's because the station and parking lots are in the old I-485 right-of-way, I guess GDOT never sold off that particular parcel.
