Fk how the too of it looks. Im morr happy 14th st will have a real city feel soon. Hopefully someone will build something on the parcel south of the gas station at 14th and Spring st.

Hell soon Atlanta will have an EBT version of "Gotham City" looking south of this building once all the buildings that are under construction south of this site are complete.

Default AJC has new details on 98 14th Street

The second tower, a 68 story structure still early in the design concept, could include a luxury hotel and apartments, she said. The developers are in talks with high-end restaurants, a grocer and luxury spa and fitness center operators.

Not sure if that area needs another grocer. There will be a Whole Foods literally 2 blocks away.

Atlanta will have twin towers!

If you look at it, Midtown will have thousands of new residents. It's best to have another grocery store inter-case if it gets packed.

Nice they didn't mention the height of the second tower at DRC meeting. The AJC is the to report. That deserves a double wow.

Wonder who the high-end restaurant conversation is with, personally a fan of Scott Conant's Scarpetta, which has locations in NYC, Miami and Vegas. Should be interesting.
