You would be crazy to even consider commuting down Roswell Rd (120) in East Cobb. A lot has changed in the last 10 years. My significant other used to commute to Alpharetta from our place in Smyrna less than a year ago and it was usually at least a 45 minute commute and sometimes over an hour. She also cut through small roads to save time (e.g. Paper Mill) as opposed to 120 and said that 120 is horribly backed up most of the time. I'd look at Smyrna or Marietta as your best bets, or down along the river at the end of Power's Ferry where it meets Aker's Mill and also look at some others on Spring Hill Parkway and Atlanta Rd in Smynings. I'm not aware of too many apartment complexes with garages (I haven't been specifically paying attention to that, though) but there are many small houses and townhomes for rent in the area.

I am quite sure my mental ability is quite sound for the time being, I know a lot has changed in 10 years thats why im asking for advice , not doubled sided sarcasm.
