iNest, Locust Grove (Heron Bay), Newnan, McDonough
Greetings everyone and Happy Halloween,
Anyone purchased their homes through the iNest site?
We leaning that route as the research are very helpful and the 1% rebate would be nice.
Also looking at Newnan, McDonough, and Locust Grove.
Some sites are reporting the schools in Locust Grove are bursting and not handling the new influx of students very well.
Anyone living in Heron Bay???
Would enjoy your feedback especially!!!
Any feedback is appreciated.
Cheers!

all of these schools are overcrowded. Even when they build new schools they evetually become overcrowded too. I will say that the school system does a good job of handling it though.

Your post is a tad confusing. Can you clarify?
Thanks!

I think I just responding to another of your posts about the schools, I have friends in Heron Bay they have a GREAT pool area during the summer, I think it depends on what part of Heron BAy you are looking at in the back is VERY nice , up front is nice too, but have recently heard from people there that there are ALOT of rentals happening that are making the residents not very happy (not sure you can stop that tho no matter where you live) HOWEVER I am not sure I would send my kids to Luella, if private school is an option then I would definitly look in to that. Eagles Landing Christian Academy is rated very high and goes thru to high school. good luck keep in mind that no matter where you live the schools are going to be over crowded!

Another Christian School new this year is Strong Rock as is in Locust Grove on Bill Garndner Pkwy. There are a lot of subdivisions in the area. Look around. Your sure to find one that fits. EagleBrooke has a new elementary school in their area that is not crowded yet; But will be as more subd. are built in the area. Quality homes and immenities and no immenties to choose depending on your income level and choice of what you want. Welcome to the area.

Check out Eagle Brooke Subdivision and the surrounding area. Lots to choose from and good quality....
New Schools and still some wide open spaces. Lots available on Lester Mill rd starting at 1/2 acre and going up to 3 acre estate lots. With plenty of space to move around and put your own pool in. Madison Acres......

I wouldn't use Inest. To get the rebate, you have to list them as the exclusive buyers agent, and you only get a 1% rebate. Do some google searches (try "GA commission rebate")- there are quite a few agents in GA that will offer you more than a 1% rebate. And since they are local, they will actually help you with your purchase.

A few days ago we pulled the plug on our track builder and I am demanding our money back after I caught them not flashing the windows and inproperly installing the Tyvek they are charging and extra 1K for.
We went with INEST and I will never deal with them again. We had legitimate problems and they will do nothing to help you. In my opinion it is not worth the frustration. Besides that if you get a buyers agent there are so many land mines they can help you avoid-things you would never even think of. Forget the rebate, it will cost you more in the long run.

You said it perfectly. There is nothing else to be added to that statement.
