Default Grayson, Lawrenceville, Snellville....

Any recommendations on nice subdivisions? Where can I get the bang for the buck?

Downtown Lawrenceville is the only place in any one of those that has any nice vibe. Grayson is pretty rural and Snellville is one giant Wal-Mart. So is Lawrenceville outside of its downtown. I used to live in Lawrenceville...

You can probably find a nice home <200K. And probably well under. A newly-wed I knew a few years back bought a 3/2 for about 115K. Basements might be hard to find...not sure.

Good luck!
