V-103.3
Hot 107.9
Streetz 94.5
Boom 102.9
OG 97.9
Old School 99.3

Can someone verify? And please explain the differences with all 6 of these?
I hope they don't all play the same ol artists in rotation... I'm assuming Old School is old school hip hop (as in 80s/early 90s)?

(I don't know cause I don't listen to the radio anymore. But I probably will give the new stations a chance).
v103 is for women hot107 is for ratchets, Streets is for dudes

All we need now is for 88.5 to go back to it's normal lineup and add a dedicated house station and we'll be golden.

I'm surprised people still don't know about these stations. If you like hip hop and over 30 years old you will love these stations

Finally listened to the 3 stations in my car until I get my xm installed.

All 3 stations are fairly decent. Minus the commercials, they are good stations. Remind me of my youth .

Co-sign. And none of them are any more "diverse" if they ever were.

I will NEVER hear a song like this on ANY radio station in Atlanta.

If I am wrong, tell me I'm wrong.

Listen to 89.3 late Friday and Saturday if you want to hear that style of Hip Hop.

If you think your format is better why not launch your own station? If the masses agree with you you will be a millionaire soon

The problem is that the advertisement market is exceptionally tight these days, and more than doubly so for black media.

Heck even Obama's Presidential campaign saw no real need to spend heavily in black media.

Otherwise there would be more diversity in terrestrial radio offerings. I highly doubt that industry insiders would let an obvious market go to waste if they saw potential in it.

Listening on the way home and as usually with radio, repeats. All these various songs from 1980-2006 and its repeat central? My goodness, give us the music and mix it up. Grab a billboard magazine from every year and put a song a month on the playlist.
