I heard they want it done by 2018, but what is the state doing about it? This could be a major turning point for downtown and the south metro.

As posted in the recent thread from a week ago on the MMPT:

Here is the news letter that was put out a few months ago. According to the GDOT page for the MMPT, the final evironmental impact study will be released at zome time spring 2015. It looks as if the project is still alive, since the streetcar plans all showed it on their maps, and GDOT seems to still be producing material on it.
