Just want to get some data on what the job market will look like in 2015. I've been reading about it, but just want to get a first hand experience. I've left GA about 5 years ago and came to DC, and I think it's about time for me to move down to GA.

When I left, the job market was just up and coming, and a lot of constructions going up in ATL. I don't know how much it's progressed, or stalled since then.

Bit about me. I make good money in DC. I'm established, and with lots of high profile executive's recommendations. I have about 14 years in design experience (UI/UX, Graphics, Strategic design, proposals, etc), and I still have a house in Georgia that I bought about 10 years ago. I'm 30 something, no attachments, no kids, just a dog that misses the grassy park in GA, and I miss my friends and family a lot (they all live in GA). I have no debt besides the house. I'm also federally cleared.

I guess I'm looking for something that I can keep my clearance and a job that pays little more than the cost of living adjustment from DC.

Planning on moving back shortly.

Thanks,

Lots of IT and sales. That's what I see in the job listings. See if any of your connections can get you a lead on a job before you decide to come back.
