Developing story. Few details. Sources say he's gonna build in Douglas County.

Almost 2 month delayed closing?

I'm not surprised, he is pulling the plug on it.

How come they haven't aquired the land? They can't sell land that isn't theirs.

Does anyone know if Ubiquitous Entertainment Studios, who claimed that they had the deal first, are back in it?

Hope all those opposed to this deal are happy. Now maybe we can look forward to 10 more years of it sitting empty while we dream of the amazing bio-science center that no one wants to build.

It would be perfect if a developer would build a huge housing development there

Nothing is off yet. But sounds like we may get more details mid-day.

Sure. Do you know of anybody?

We can all think of things that would be great there, but the is plenty of under priced land in that area for developers and little development, we should take what we can get. Development will snowball once it gets going.
