We just bought a home in O4W in Nov, having previously lived in a condo in the Poncey-Highland. Life is good!!! Next to us, John Wieland Homes will be building more townhomes (Ralph McGill/Glen Iris) so please come from OTP and fill in those townhomes people!! Happy New Years!

No updates here. A distant relative is leaving Atlanta and has offered to rent his house in the city to us, but i don't think it will work. I think he had to deal with a break in while he was there

As long as I can walk to some pubs and MARTA train, I'd be happy. Also would prefer not to share walls, so need a SFH. Townhome would work too. Lots to figure out
