Though the businesses and residences in that area have a Norcross address, the area where your office is located (Spalding Drive) is known as Peachtree Corners which just incorporated as city a few years ago.

The detached single-family housing stock (which ranges from newer homes to slightly older homes) is really nice in Peachtree Corners.

There are also some really good attached townhome options (including many newer townhomes) throughout the Peachtree Corners area.

Update: I will be relocating the end of next month so I am scrambling to find a place to live in Norcross. The apartments I have found online that I liked had horrible reviews so I have decided to try and go the townhome route. There are some brand new ones for rent in zip code 30093 (I will be working in zip 30092) but both are Norcross. Can someone tell me if the zip code makes a difference even if it's the same city? I also found others in the 30092 zip. Oh and does someone have an opinion on price? The townhomes that I liked ranged from $1300 to $1500 for a 3b 2 ba. Is that the norm? I thought it was kind of pricey but like that it's not an apartment.

Plugging 30093 into google maps shows that that area is east [south] of I-85; that's the unflattering part of Norcross Born 2 Roll mentioned earlier. Start in 30092 first, then maybe 30096, which goes towards Duluth [but does include the declining Gwinnett Place environs].

Try Peachtree Corners first in the Peachtree Industrial Corridor. Nice area/ schools.
