I Use to work for Comcast and I can tell you I hated that job, Great Benefits but the customers were awful rude and very disrespectful. I use to hate the customers who moved out to bum **** and got upset because they had to get a dish put up because there was no service in the area.

While working there we had 2 bomb threats no lie. I got cursed out on a daily and There were sometimes Reps who would have anxiety attacks from being yelled at threw the phone. If any of you have ever worked in a call center then maybe you would have a better understanding.
