Hi,

We are wondering if anyone could give advice on the safest, nicest apartment complexes in
Alpharetta/Milton area.

I have read so many horror stories via reviews of complexes I can't wrap my head around
which is the one to look at. The pics of the complexes all look pretty.....but I know that doesn't
mean that it's all "pretty" inside the complex.

We are a family of 3 with an son going to be in middle school. We are non partiers so want
somewhere that is relatively quiet with a homely atmosphere where you can walk the grounds
safely and not have your car broken into.

We are looking at rent around $1500 per month...if there are any subdivisions that we should look
at for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in that range...let me know.

Also, if you have worked with any reliable rental agencies you can recommend...that would be great.
I've heard horror stories about Invitation Homes and a few others. It is making it hard to find a place
to rent when you don't hear anything "good" about places or people.

Thanks for all your help and advice! :-)

Have you looked at AMLI @ Northwinds? They are higher priced but seem safe and well maintained.
