Has anyone else noticed this mysterious charge on their electric bill? They've already raised their summer rates to unprecedented levels and now they are tacking this fee on too? I did a quick Google search but found little in the ways of this fee explanation.

Are they building a nuclear plant somewhere or something? Or maybe bringing an existing plant back up to specifications?

Default oops!

I'm a new 'rookie' to the forum and posted a simular question about nuclear cost recovery as you already posted. I quess I was just a little anxious to start. I have to say these additional fees added to my monthly billing cycle is a good chunk considering sales tax is only slightly higher.
