I would like to know what are everyone's favorite and least favorite malls in the metro. For this thread I've only included enclosed malls, and I left out Mall of Georgia and Lenox in the polls to make it fair.

When I first moved here I was going to the movies with some friends (at nighttime). We went to Atlantic station and they were sold out. No problem, let's look on the phone and see where the next closest showing is.

Well that happened to be at the south dekalb mall. We didn't even make it to the entrance before turning away and driving out of there as fast as possible. Never have I felt more threatened about my personal security at a shopping plaza before...

On the other hand, I like perimeter a lot for a good mall that's not as expensive as Lenox. Town center is the closest to where I live and thus I go there the most. It's alright, not bad but nothing special either.

I really like Perimeter. It has a good mix, I like the layout and they have the largest/nicest Nordstrom in the Southeast. The also have the 'restaurant row' thing going on at the main entrance.

Phipps Plaza is my favorite for movies. I love the theatre there, and you can park under the mall and just take the elevator up 4 levels.

I haven't been to enough of the other malls around town in recent years to say which is my least favorite, but I would really love to see North DeKalb and Northlake freshened up.

I've never even seen Arbor Place, Northpoint, Stonecrest or Town Center. Haven't been to Cumberland, Gwinnett Place, Greenbriar, South DeKalb or Southlake in many years.
