Our culture encompasses all of those things the OP mentioned: sprawl, dynamic growth, and so on. It encompasses racial diversity, culinary diversity, poor and wealthy, fast growing, southern hospitality, business mindedness. That IS Atlanta's culture. Culture is not a defined set of parameters. For any place, it's culture simply is what it is. If it is confusing to put a finger on, well that's the culture, too.

Atlanta's local culture/identity is defined overwhelmingly by one or two things, but rather it consists of a patchwork of qualities that kind of mish and mash to form its identity.
