I always look forward to seeing the design every time I drive south on the connector.

It always changes, and it always looks great. I remember there being a lot of cynicism when it was announced, but it's actually pretty awesome.

Whoever was behind it, thank you for making something cool.

they had us thinking the whole tower was going to be covered with LEDs. they just built a billboard. i mean, it's neat for a billboard, but they really oversold the thing as some kind of game-changing landmark.

Oh, I guess I wasn't around when they announced it initially. I guess that would be overselling.

But I still like it. Maybe they'll add more LEDs to it in the future.

And people claim we don't have an identity in Atlanta. We have many cultural icons here!

What sort of unabashed awesomeness does the Corey smokestack LED display? I can only find pictures of it under construction, not lit up.

Ads?

I look forward to seeing this game changer when I come back next week.

It looks horrible. Like a microchip clamped onto the smokestack.

Put LEDs up and down the entire thing and program in a bunch of interesting patterns and then we'd be talking!

Let's start a betting pool for how long it'll be before this thing falls and causes a deadly multi-car pileup.

I'll bet it happens within two years.
