Ah ha!!! I don't know if you have kids, but get an appointment through the Zoo and take your kids to feed the elephants. It is a terrific experience!

Based on pictures and views I've seen, mine would be Inman Park. Ansley Park a close second. If I were rich, Tuxedo Park in Buckhead would be on my list too.

Right now, my favorite Atlanta neighborhood to live in is Candler Park-Lake Claire. Nice parks with lots of activities, a city pool that works great for us, pretty good schools, friendly and relatively laid back, reasonably safe, many of the streets only receive local traffic, an eclectic mix of houses, can walk to restaurants, and close to pretty much everything I care about.
