Hi,
Does anyone know about Atlanta Women Specialist obgyn in Alpharetta? I heard about this from one of my friend and want to know if there are any recommendations for them.

I don't really have a specific answer to your question, but when I moved here, I knew no one and had good results with Piedmont Physicians in Vinings. I took a chance and it worked out well.

Since then, my cousin has moved here from California and is a nurse at Piedmont Hospital on Peachtree.

Also, my brother's wife had a daughter last year at Piedmont Hospital in Fayetteville. It was a high risk pregnancy but everything went well.

While I cannot make a specific recommendation about the doctors in Alpharetta, I do have a good deal of confidence in their staff. I see two located at 300 Old Alabama Road, Suite 119-608
Alpharetta, GA 30022
Contact: (678) 277-3049
Fax: (877) 264-6105

Give their office a call and see if you feel comfortable with them.

I am not familiar with that group, but I gave birth twice at North Fulton Hospital and both experiences were excellent! I cannot speak highly enough of the nursing staff--they were fantastic. My first time there, one of the nurses even delivered the baby! She was incredibly calm and professional.

Definitely check it out

Thanks for your replies. I forgot to mention that I live in cumming and looks like Piedmont hospital is quite far from my place. Also I have heard that maternity section of Northside Hospital is good. Peachtree Women's clinic is another obgyn that I heard today from my another friend which is good too. Any idea on the hospital and heard anything for this OBGYN?

Default I see:

Dr Susan Glander but she doesn't deliver babies anymore so I'm assuming that's what you are looking for. I used to see:

Dr. Jenny Jo at
Peachtree Women's Clinic - Alpharetta
11975 Morris Road, Suite 300 Alpharetta, GA 30005 (770) 521-2295

I only switched because I'm done having babies and wanted to switch to someone a little closer to home (I live near you) but Dr. Jo sees patients at Northside on Old Milton which isn't exactly far either.

I know how it is trying to find doctors after moving to a new area. Good luck to you.
