If you decide to go with public schools, Northgate High (and its feeder schools) are considered to be the best schools in Coweta County. Newnan and East Coweta aren't bad, but they aren't as highly regarded as Northgate.

Generally speaking, the Northgate district is East of I-85 and North of Highway 34. Lots of nice neighborhoods in that area.

The areas of Coweta county that border Fayette County are fine. When you get more into the interior of the county around Newnan High School, it gets abit more dicey.
Question , if you are looking into Our Lady of Victory as a school, why not look at homes in Fayette County in areas like Tyrone or Peachtree City ?
Also - heads up on one of the major hwy interchanges you might have to deal with if you commute from Coweta county to our Lady of Victory. The interchange of highways 74 and 54 in Peachtree City ,can be a bugger to deal with durring peak traffic times durring the morning and afternoon rush hours.
