Seventh Midtown (a 9-floor condo building at Peachtree & 7th) looks likely to move forward in the next couple months as well. No impact on the skyline, but a huge impact on the street level in that area.

Yep, that is perfect in-fill in my opinion.

The Midtown proposal I'm the most excited about is 811 Peachtree, recently named EVIVA. This one is a beauty, and is supposed to have a full-size supermarket as the retail anchor.

Initial permits have just been pulled!

^There's a new Post apartment tower that's proposed across from the Residence Inn at the end of 11th Street. Could that be it?

33 Peachtree Place. It's a 20 story apartment tower with a midrise building that will take up the entire block.

Yeah, that's this:

I was literally thinking of the 10th Street side of the Midtown station!

This is the Post proposal I was thinking of:

There is a rumor that EVIVA 811 Peachtree is going to be redesigned and will be 44 floors instead of 35 because of a property line dispute
