It just seems like with the names Uptown, SoNo, YoYo or whatever else that they are just taking names from NYC. Lets develop our own names for neighborhoods

Yep, but if Dewberry is footing the bill (to his benefit), who cares?

The original plans had Dewbery coming up with the 20% match needed for federal funding and he would also be donating the needed land. Of course, I'm sure that the figures have gone up considerably since 2005.

It would be a huge benefit to the large employers in the area too such as Equifax and Invesco. The areas between Arts Center to Lindbergh and Lindbergh to Buckhead/Lenox are ripe for infill stations IMHO.

Even more of a reason not to use it lol. What about North Midtown, South Buckhead, Peachhead, Peachtown, Bucktown? ??

I know those names suck but at least they are somewhat creative lol
