And I wouldn't think they'd be running any streetcars before the opening ceremony because I have a feeling it will be in woodruff park, where the double track is and there will be a streetcar waiting on the track.

A lot of those are downtown which you can just walk from one to another. I wouldn't take the streetcar from Spring Street to Centennial. It's basically just a connection between downtown, GSU and the King Center. If I had to drive or use Marta to get downtown I would just walk. The actual area served is small. The portion along Edgewood and Auburn is better. It actually cuts out a lot of walking.

That's probably true. In my opinion, it'd be smarter to start in time to allow rush hour passengers to use it in the morning, then stop for ten minutes at 11:00 (when ridership will be lower) for their ceremony.

Yes, it is a limited route that will not be the effective until the future phases are built out. However, it is on a similar scale to many other streetcar systems in the country:
