This area is nothing compared to Buford Highway. The traffic flow and area doesn't give me the same feel as the north side. My employer is off the Jonesboro Road exit (Industrial Pkwy) and I've traveled that area for lunch several times a month. I do agree though there is a huge presence of ethnic stores in the area.
