Yes, but you had better bring your wallet. These areas are steadily disappearing, and I imagine land developers have the owners of these tracts of land on speed dial.

I’m selling my place soon which fits that description. Unfortunately I will probably be selling to a developer since they are likely to pay much more. That’s what happened to every other property in the area.

In Conyers as well. It would be more of a 45 min drive though (longer during heavy traffic).
