Hopefully they'll be employing some people from the neighborhood. My understanding of Lee & White is their tenants are actually producing food and beverage products here, not just selling them for $$$ like Krog Street or Ponce City Market. That kind of light industrial with a retail component is a pretty good approach for a neighborhood that's still working-class, but that now has the Beltline.

That will come with time, but not because the businesses incorporate the community more. Rather, the local community will begin to change to mirror the typical Lee + White customer.
