The company plans to redevelop its '80s-era Clear Creek shopping center at Piedmont Avenue and Monroe Drive in Midtown. The center sits on the northern edge of Piedmont Park and includes restaurants such as Ru San's, Top Spice and Green Sprout.
The planned improvements will add a 7,300-square-foot retail/restaurant space to the back of the shopping center, which will face the newest portion of Piedmont Park and that sits a short walk from the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trail. It will include a glass storefront and outdoor seating.
The front and back of Clear Creek also will get a facelift. The hope is to better accommodate pedestrian traffic from the park by creating a new front door to the center.

Nice. I have walked from Piedmont Park to restaurants in this shopping center and you currently have to take a narrow dirt trail next to the dumpsters behind the building. These changes sound much better.
