I've been several times, never seen anyone in their own clothes. I suggest calling and asking, I think it's to keep everything sterile and not introduce outside bacteria.

You have to be a bit open minded if you are going to go, after all it's a Korean spa, not american, things are a little different as other people have noted. All in all it's a great experience.
