Hmm, very interesting. In all of my years, I have never experienced this. Not once.

I've had a few that were curt, but no brutish thugs.

The handful of times I've had encounters with them over the decades I found them extremely courteous and professional. Those who have far more familiarity with law enforcement might think otherwise I suppose.

Yea. The cop was so pleasant when he handed me my speeding ticket. I thanked him for his service.
