Definitely a good step for the city council to take IMO.....
"Entrepreneurs coming to Atlanta have told us the best thing we can do to support them is to make it easy for them to conduct business in the city," Mayor Kasim Reed said. "Fostering this type of environment now will pay dividends for us well into the future as we continue to position Atlanta as a destination for technology and innovation."
The ordinance was modeled after similar fee exemptions adopted in Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas.

While nice, I doubt that $50 is going to dissuade anyone from starting a business here.
