Didn't Clark Howard once make some noise about wanting to run for mayor? What's he doing now?

The county commission does not represent that diversity.

Maybe because there is some truth to it...

That's not true because the 2010 US Census demographic breakdown of Atlanta suggest a stronger trend of racial plurality, i.e. racial diversity than Cobb County. However, this is an apples versus oranges comparison considering this is comparing a municipality to an entire county.

I don't think any of them will do a better job as Kasim Reed

What do you think is up next for him? If a Dem wins the Presidency, he could surely could lead a major agency, if not maybe consult for a couple of years, and see if he has a shot at something statewide?

Kasim has been soooooooo much better than previous mayors in the past 20 yrs. I really hope the next person keeps the city moving forward.

It needs to be someone who can garner enough of the black vote (~20%) to win, as Mary Norwood almost did (she garnered a similar percentage and lost by 750 votes). I don't see Cathy Woolard, a lesbian, gaining too much of the black vote.

Margaret Kaiser it is.
