That should be pretty significant to anyone that has been following the Braves this year. The Braves have been competitive, and did not give up more than 4 runs in their last 3 series against some of the toughest competition we are going to face this season. It would be nice if we were adding two bats, instead of losing two to the Mets.
And look at the surprise at 3rd base yesterday...they call up Garcia and he hits homerun. It just might turn out that they know more than we do about running the team.

Just one more way they are s***ing on CoA.

Yeah, and after all the respect the COA gave them.

Never said Hart did not know what he was doing.--they're my team either way--goodnes knows that we've been through a lot worse in the past 45+ years!

When is the last time the Braves pulled off an inside the park homer? Man, I would love to see that.

Everyone who's been criticizing the braves for getting rid of every good player just because they're good. It's not so much about these two latest trades.

Another heartbreaker tonight in 11 innings against the Orioles...too bad they couldn't pull that one out.

Any chance of the Braves trading Luis Avilan?

Avilan may have peaked for the Braves. Either he is struggling this year, or he has reached a point where he cannot contribute to the Braves.

Another Brave that has a good chance of finding another team is Chris Johnson. He has been out of the lineup for two consecutive games.

Johnson wants to go, and the Braves want to get rid of him. But, his contract is probably too big for any team to justify it without the Braves picking up a healthy chunk of the tab (Courtesy of Frank Wren, the gift that keeps on giving) --but, maybe if we can throw a pretty good closer in with the deal...
