Who do newly disaffected Braves fans root for then?

As a MI transplant at least I can keep an eye on the Tigers, not that I'm giving up on the Braves this year.

You never know what struggles other teams will encounter.

It is rather shocking. But I won't give up on my boys just yet.

Should have held onto Kimbrel until the trading deadline. We would have gotten a lot more for him if we had waited till teams were more desperate for a lock down closer. But I don't mind rebuilding with a young roster, but when 2017 rolls around and the new ballpark opens up if we are still not going after the big time free agents I will be attending fewer games. With a new stadium and more revenue than ever before this team had better stack their roster for the 2017 season.

Didn't they already suck before trading Kimbrel.

I wouldn't worry. The Braves front office knows what they're doing. They're rebuilding the club the right way. Already have a top 5 farm system in baseball.

Coming from a Cubs fan I know it takes a while to rebuild, but the Cubs will be good for a long time very, very soon. About .500 ball this year and then once Bryant and Russell are up next year with another FA pitcher signed they'll push for the playoffs for many consecutive years.

Braves want to content by 2017 when they open up their new stadium. I have no doubt they'll be contenders by then. Until then Braves fans will be upset with the quality on the field unfortunately. Maybe I'm better at waiting because I'm a Cubs fan.

Best of luck!

Oh yeah, they only averaged 90 wins a season between 2010 and 2014. Total suck!

If you're "done" with the Braves because of a couple of trades, then youre not a Braves fan. Get these fake fans out of here!

Think the only fake fan here is you. Think Cobb boasters are the only Braves fans left. Why would any true fans remain? It is not the same owners or coaches, they are leaving the city and their history, dumping their fans, cutting all the players people loved. What is left besides an empty name? What exactly are you a fan of? Teams that relocate across the country stay more intact that the Braves are. It's like saying the Brooklyn Dodger fans are fake fans for not supporting the current LA Dodgers (A lot of comparisons there actually, Dodgers owners were talking to LA for leverage for their plans for building a new stadium in Brooklyn or Queens but LA offered better incentives than the NY politicians so they moved there, sound like a recent move we know?)
