I need some insight. I've been eyeing this little bungalow over in East Atlanta, but for some reason it's been sitting with no takers for almost a month and I can't figure out why. I thought the East Side was a hot market, and that homes didn't sit on the market long. It looks as though the owners put SOME effort into getting it market ready, and there's really nothing you'd have to do but move in unless the finishes are not to your liking. Is something wrong with it? Is it the fact that it's on Flat Shoals Rd.? Is it in a not so good part of the East Side that maybe hasn't "come up" yet? It's above I-20. I just don't get it, AND it's reasonably priced. What am I missing???

That's a nice place.

Good luck if you're trying to buy it!

Don't know the comps. I did email about a couple of questions I had, but that wasn't one of them.

Wrong schools, not as close to east atlanta as im sure some would hope to be and pretty small sq ft inside, 2 bedrooms (plus bonus room), maybe the layout is ackward when actually inside... but the price is right so im sure itll sell soon.

Man, that's a nice price, and the house has a lot of good features.

I think Flat Shoals Road is fairly busy, so maybe the traffic has something to do with it.

The trend seems to be pushing south as prices skyrocket in the most desirable neighborhoods closest to the completed eastside Beltline trail. It hasn't quite made it that far southeast but no doubt it will in time. Good luck!

That house is 5 doors down from an I-20 exit ramp! I won't be surprised if it sits a lot longer than a month.

Way to far east. 2 miles from the village and i think very close to a Marta bus stop. It's not that nice. Tile work is very 90's and the home in general looks dated in a bad way.
